Nature Walk- In Thoreau's Shoes

Now, with for each one step I feel as though I cast more and more with the leaves, on the back of the wind. My mind wanders, while the world around me disappears, bringing to light, a defacement red-hot world. A world where imagination takes flight. I mickle olfactory perception the leaves around me, a earthy and calming shade of Fall. This familiar scent enhances with each gust of breath from the Commander. A faint scent catches my a ttention, as the wind blows, a wildflower cl! inging to the very last bits of life for the year.
